This Privacy Policy explains how Node Media (“Node Media,” “Capsule,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use capsule.nodemedia.in and the Capsule app-building service (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your name and email address when you create an account or contact us.
• App configuration data — the website URL you submit for conversion, and branding assets you upload (app icon, splash screen, app name, and colors).
• Payment information — when you pay for a build, our payment processor collects your billing details directly. We do not store your full card number or bank details on our servers.
• Usage and device data — pages visited, browser type, device information, and general analytics collected automatically when you use the Service.
• Build artifacts — the Android app files (APK/AAB) generated for you, stored so you can download them again later.

2. How we use your information

• To generate, sign, and deliver your Android app build.
• To process payments and send order confirmations or receipts.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
• To send important updates about your build or account (not marketing spam).

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers needed to run Capsule, including:

• Our build infrastructure, used to compile your Android app from the URL and assets you provide.
• Our payment processor, used to securely handle your payment.
• Hosting and analytics providers who help us run and monitor the Service.
• Authorities, where required to comply with a legal obligation.

4. Data retention

We retain account information, app configuration data, and build artifacts for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data as described in Section 6.

5. Cookies

We use a limited number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

6. Your rights

Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and by asking you to accept the updated policy the next time you sign in. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
